Know what shaking reached your facility.

Grillo sensors record vibration when it crosses your configured threshold. Review recorded waveforms, peak acceleration, velocity, and dominant frequency in Grillo Cloud, with email alerts when shaking reaches your chosen alert level.

A record of vibration at your site

Use Grillo Cloud's Structural plan for threshold-triggered recordings and email alerts. A trigger records shaking at a sensor, whether it comes from an earthquake, machinery, traffic, or construction. It is not an earthquake detection.

Review the recorded motion alongside your team's facility checks. Peak ground velocity is available for sensors with a calibrated geophone.

Feed triggers and sensor health into your building-management system or SCADA through the read-only Data API.

From recorded shaking to review

Set a recording threshold

Choose the vibration threshold that starts a recording. Keep the waveform from before the threshold was crossed until the shaking stopped.

Review waveforms and peaks

View acceleration waveforms, peak acceleration, dominant frequency, and vertical peak ground velocity where a calibrated geophone is available.

Configure email alerts

Owners and admins of Structural projects can choose a horizontal peak acceleration alert level and email recipients. This alert level is separate from the recording threshold.

Connect your systems

Read triggers, peaks, and sensor health from your own software with the Data API, and keep each sensor's status and firmware up to date from Grillo Cloud.

Measurements for your team's review

Grillo is not a life-safety system. Email alerts can be delayed by networks and email providers, and delivery limits apply. These recordings do not determine building safety or replace professional assessment and your facility's operating procedures.
